Dr. P. Padmaja Naidu is a dedicated academician with specialization in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management. She obtained her Doctorate from Andhra University and has built a strong academic career with experience at Lankapalli Bullaya College and AQJ Centre for PG Studies. She has taught a wide range of management subjects and has actively upgraded her professional competencies through national-level Faculty Development Programs offered by NPTEL-AICTE, APSSDC, and other reputed institutions. Her research interests include organizational behaviour, rural entrepreneurship, and technology-driven skill development for women. Dr. Padmaja Naidu continues to contribute to management education through her teaching, research, and commitment to academic excellence. She has published research papers in areas such as cash management practices, cashew processing industries, and organizational culture.
