With over 20 years of teaching experience in management education, including service as an Assistant Professor since 2004 and Head of the Department from 2014 to 2024, presently serving as an Associate Professor at AQJ Centre for PG Studies. She possesses strong expertise in Human Resource management, with a proven ability to deliver concept-driven and application-oriented teaching, record of academic leadership, curriculum planning, actively involved in academic administration, faculty coordination, accreditation processes, and mentoring both faculty and students. She is very committed to academic excellence, innovation in pedagogy, and continuous professional development.
